General – FAQ – Why does my order still say “NEW” X days later?

Your order could say “new” up until the day it is packed and shipped out. We may update it to “processing” while we are finalize your order, finishing assembly of your case/supergun, or are in progress of taking it to FedEx or the Post Office for shipment.

You will get an email, with the tracking number, when the order ships. If you haven’t received that email yet, then your order hasn’t shipped. 

There is no need to email us requesting a status of your order. If you received your order confirmation email, you can be assured we received the order and are working towards shipping it out as soon as we possibly can.
